Hydra Systems Integration

Hydra contains a sophisticated API (Application Programming Interface) to enable integration with a variety of other systems. These could be ERP systems, Accounting systems or other applications which need to be kept in step with project and program data. A variety of formats are available for data extraction (e.g. CSV, MPX, XML, Excel, etc) making it easy to format data for posting into other applications. Hydra Reporter can produce data as an XML output file and the running of such reports can be regularly scheduled, thus allowing regular transfers to take place with minimal intervention.

Hydra is also ‘web services aware’, and web services are used as the method of integration between its components. So, if you wish to integrate Hydra with web applications or other applications that utilise web services to enable communication (as is increasingly the case), it is a simple process to do so.

Hydra Management provide a training and accreditation service for API users which ensures that you will know everything you need to know to link applications with Hydra with minimal help from Hydra Management.
